As part of the conditions in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, all States and Territories were required to continuously cover existing Medicaid members throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. On December 29, 2022, the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2023 was signed into law that requires all state and territories to return back to its normal operations.
