To receive reimbursements from the CNMI Medicaid Program (CMA), providers must have either an approved Provider Agreement or a Letter of Agreement. The Medicaid program establishes formal agreements with all service providers in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Guam, and the U.S. Mainland to ensure payment for services provided to Medicaid recipients. Payments will only be issued when a valid provider agreement is in effect. These agreements are required to ensure compliance with program guidelines and to facilitate the reimbursement process.
On-island providers are required to submit claims forms to the CMA office located in Capitol Hill. Off-island providers should contact our claims department to discuss the appropriate procedures for submitting claims.
It is essential that you are registered in the CNMI Tyler Munis System. If you have already completed the registration process, please contact our claims department to inquire about the status of your payments. If you have not yet registered, we kindly request that you complete the registration process to ensure timely reimbursement. Should you need assistance or further information regarding registration or payment status, please contact our claims department.
