Håfa Adai & Tirow CNMI Community,
Due to damages caused by Typhoon Sinlaku, the Commonwealth Medicaid Agency (CMA) office is currently closed.
We anticipate reopening on Monday, April 27, 2026. If there are any changes to this schedule, an updated notice will be posted on this website.
Upon reopening, temporary public service hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. During these hours, services will be limited to:
Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment assistance
Document drop-offs at the CMA main receiving area
Our team is actively working to ensure the office is safe, clean, and ready to welcome the public. We understand this is a challenging time for our community and appreciate your patience as we restore full operations.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, continuous Medicaid coverage was required under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. Following the end of this requirement, the Commonwealth Medicaid Program resumed normal operations as outlined in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023.
